Bike with Tualatin Riverkeepers: Cook Park Shelter 1 to Browns Ferry

July 9th, 2025
6:15PM - 8:00PM
@ Cook Park

Join us for a leisurely evening bike ride along Tigard’s scenic paved trails!
Enjoy a 10—to 15-mile ride on car-free bike paths and low-traffic roads (short-distance riders will turn around earlier). It’s a great way to get outside, meet your community, and discover trails perfect for recreation or daily errands.

  • Route: Ride 8 to 14 miles round-trip along bike trails following the Tualatin River, from Cook Park Shelter #1 to Browns Ferry Park, with optional additional loops for longer distances.

  • Ages: 11 and older. (Riders ages 11–18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.)

  • Equipment: Participants must bring their own properly maintained bikes (chains oiled, tires in good condition).

  • Registration: Please register online (free!)

Meeting Location: Cook Park, Shelter #1 (near the restrooms, basketball, and volleyball courts)

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing

  • Water and a snack
