Tualatin Riverkeepers believes that one of the best ways for our community to connect to nature is to get outside and enjoy the river that flows right through our backyard! Facilitating on-the-water experiences creates opportunities for new experiences, empowers environmental stewardship, and develops community interest in our work.
We enable people of all experience levels and backgrounds to take part, and remove the barriers preventing access to the river. Our staff and Paddle Team volunteers are seasoned paddlers and have years of experience taking people out on the river. River Rentals are available at Cook Park in Tigard and Rood Bridge Park in Hillsboro between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Guide paddle tripsĀ take place at least once a month from May through October.
