Tualatin Riverkeepers (TRK) is a community-based nonprofit working to protect, restore, and enjoy the Tualatin River watershed by promoting environmental stewardship, and we LOVE when our community volunteers with us!
We are holding two Volunteer Orientations, one virtually and one in person, designed to give potential volunteers an overview of our organization, expectations, and options for volunteering with us. While the training is mandatory for first time volunteers, the content of each session is the same, so members can attend the orientation session that best aligns with their availability. If you've volunteered with us before, we highly recommend that you attend this session because we have changed our training structure and requirements. If this is the first year you've volunteered with us, don't fret! We provide these introductory sessions to welcome you into the Tualatin Riverkeepers family and to demonstrate that we offer volunteer opportunities for all ages and skill levels.
Registering for this event will reserve a spot on April 4th, 2023 at 6:30 PM. While orientation is free, we do require registration to distribute online attendance information. This training is virtual.
