Cook Park River Rentals
Rent a canoe, kayak, or stand-up paddleboards with Tualatin Riverkeepers at Cook Park! To create a safe paddling experience for everyone, our process is going to look a little different this year. Here's what to expect:
You must sign up for a rental time online. We are not accepting drop-in rentals this year.
As always, all paddling gear is included in the price of your rental, but we're going to need the time and space to safely clean and sanitize our equipment between rentals. Reserve your rental in advance before heading to Cook Park.
River Rentals Quick Q&A
Face masks are required. Even though we're outside, it's not always possible to keep a safe distance while getting equipment and launching your boat. For the safety of our staff, our community, and yourself, keep your mask on until you are on the water.
We will provide PFDs (personal flotation devices) for all paddlers, including infants and small children. If you have your own gear, please bring it with you and our staff will make sure it's okay to use.
A canoe can fit 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 small children. Dogs are allowed in kayaks, canoes and on paddle boards.
You don't need a shuttle to paddle the river! The current is not strong, which makes it easy to paddle in either direction.
Do not take Tualatin Riverkeepers Rentals to other locations. You must put in your rental on the Tualatin River at Cook Park.
Our last rentals of the day go out at 2:00pm and are due back no later than 6:00pm.
