Tualatin Riverkeepers (TRK) rent canoes and kayaks from the boat ramp at Cook Park, 17005 SW 92nd Avenue in Tigardfamily-croppedRadford-Bean-Credit-2.

Rentals begin at 9:00 am each day and all boats must be returned to the dock before 6:00pm.

Canoes and double kayaks cost $35 per boat for up to 4 hours and $10 per additional hour.  Solo kayaks and SUPs rent for $25.  Life jackets and paddles are included.

“The Tualatin River is the family-friendly river in Portland’s backyard,” said Mike Skuja, Tualatin Riverkeepers Executive Director.  “In the summer there is very little current, so it is the perfect place for someone who has never paddled a canoe or kayak before.  Renting our fleet at Cook Park makes it easy to get started, but the scenic beauty and abundant wildlife are what bring folks back time and time again.”
